My wife is from Sarawak (Kuching) and she grew up with many amazing dishes for sure but we love Laksa Sarawak and Kolo Mee and can eat it daily. Penyediaan awal
- Bee hoon di rebus dan di toskan..
- Rebus 2 ketul dada ayam yang telah dibersihkan.Setelah sejuk siat kecil-kecil isi ayam..
- Rebus udang seketika.Kira-kira 2 minit. Pastikan air sudah mendidih..
- Taugeh di celur seketika..
- Tauhu pok potong dua..
- Daun parsley dipotong.
- Untuk sambal. Tumis seketika cili, bawang, belacan. Agak-agak bawang dah naik bau tambah sikit air asam jawa.Tambahkan garam dan gula. Lepas tu blender. Tak ada sambal laksa tak sedap..
- Untuk kuah laksa. Masukkan sambal laksa sebanyak 100gm dengan 1liter air selama 15 minit kemudian tapis. Kemudian Campurkan air yang telah ditapis dengan 1 tin susu sejat. Perasaan dengan 1 kiub ayam dan garam(secukup rasa).
- Masukkan tauhu pok. Siap.
